As a 3rd party managed services provider, we also need to promptly replace or upgrade hardware and software when we are contracted to do so by your Primary MSP or MSSP Partner. To accomplish this requirement we expect your Primary Partner to make arrangements to have all needed hardware, software, patch cables, and essential parts on-site prior to our onsite service visit. We reserve the right to call your site to verify that the needed parts are onsite before dispatching a field technician.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide hardware or software directly to the clients of our MSSP, MSP or ASP partners - please contact your normal Primary MSP, MSSP or Vendor account manager for your procurements.
